The initial step in our selection process is an in-depth evaluation of a candidate's English language skills and communication abilities. Additionally, we assess personality traits and seek out individuals who are highly passionate and deeply committed to their work.

In addition to evaluating language skills and personality traits, we also assess each applicant's technical expertise and problem-solving skills through various tests. Only those who excel in this phase and demonstrate a high level of expertise in their respective fields are typically advanced as members of the GET2WORK network.

Live Screening | Only 3.83% Applicants Pass

During the interview process, each candidate is evaluated by Get2Work screeners who are experts in their respective fields. These screeners conduct live exercises to assess problem-solving ability, depth of experience, communication skills, and creativity. We want to ensure that every member of our team is capable of delivering exceptional results.

Test Projects | Only 3.5% of Applicants Pass

To fully assess a candidate's abilities, we provide a test project that allows them to demonstrate their competence, thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity in real-world scenarios. These projects typically take 1-3 weeks to complete and provide a thorough evaluation of a candidate's skills and suitability for the role. We want to ensure that every member of our team is capable of delivering results in a professional and reliable manner.
