Are there any upfront recruiting or contractual costs?
In order to ensure that we can provide the necessary resources and support for your business operations within our organization, we require an initial deposit of $1000 per employee. This funding will be used to purchase dedicated computers and other amenities for your team. Additionally, we will invoice you for any additional costs associated with securing an office space for your use, which will be provided on a minimum 3-year contract. Please note that this contract applies to both employee and office space commitments. We are confident that these resources will enable your team to thrive within our organization..

How is the trial period no-risk?
To ensure the success of our engagement, we offer a trial period of up to two weeks at the start of every project. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of our work and ensure that it meets your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, we will be happy to provide you with a different expert who may be a better fit for your requirements. We believe that this trial period is an important step in establishing a successful and long-lasting partnership.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with a Get2Work expert?
To ensure the best fit for your company, we offer a trial period with up to three experts from our network for each position. We understand that it is important to find a candidate who not only has the necessary skills and intelligence, but who also aligns with your company’s culture and values. That’s why we give you the opportunity to work with multiple experts before making a final decision. All of our experts have been thoroughly screened for talent and intelligence, so you can be confident in the quality of the candidates we provide.

At Get2Work, we are extremely selective in our hiring process. Of the over 200,000 applicants who apply to join our network each year, we accept fewer than 3%. This ensures that we only provide our clients with experts of the highest caliber. Our experts come from various fields including design, technology, and business, and are never generalized recruiters or HR reps. Instead, they personally hand-select the right match for your company from within our network. We are confident that you will be impressed with the quality of our experts and the level of service we provide.

Testing & Screening
Are English skills ever an issue when working with a Get2Work expert?
At Get2Work, we only hire experts who are fluent in English, both in writing and speaking. In addition to domain-specific tests, we conduct lengthy interviews to ensure that our candidates have a strong command of the English language and the right personality for working with western technical teams. You can be confident that you will be able to communicate effectively with any expert we introduce you to.
How does your screening process ensure quality candidates that meet our requirements?
Our screening process is designed to identify only the most qualified and professional candidates. We evaluate applicants based on their communication skills, personality, domain-specific knowledge, and overall level of professionalism. As a result, only about 3% of applicants are accepted into our network. You can trust that any expert we introduce you to has undergone a rigorous selection process and meets our high standards.

To ensure that we only provide the best talent to our clients, we have a comprehensive screening process in place. This includes a variety of methods for evaluating skill and proficiency, such as portfolio reviews, technical coding challenges, user or market research, business case studies, project management exercises, formal assessments, and live problem-solving sessions tailored to the candidate’s field and experience. By using such a diverse range of evaluation techniques, we can accurately assess the capabilities of each candidate and ensure that they are well-suited to meet the needs of our clients.

At Get2Work, we go above and beyond to ensure that our candidates are the right fit for our clients. All candidates are paired with senior domain experts for every interview, and are required to complete a test project to show their live proficiency on a project similar to what they would work on during an actual engagement. This allows us to accurately assess their skills and ensure that they are capable of meeting the demands of the position. Can I bring Get2Work experts on-site?
At Get2Work, we believe that the best way to maintain high-quality control and monitor the performance of our workers is to have them on-site with a dedicated on-site manager for each company account. This allows us to observe their work using our internal software and security cameras, and ensures that we can provide the necessary support and oversight. If it is necessary for your project, we are willing to work with you to relocate an individual or team to your location for a specified period of time.

Get2Work’s Network & Services

If there isn’t any in-network resource currently available to fulfill the requirements of my request, how long could I expect to wait to work with a new candidate?
At Get2Work, we prioritize both quality and speed in our hiring process. It typically takes us one to three weeks to fully screen and evaluate an expert before we feel confident in their ability to join our network and work with our clients. While we understand the importance of meeting your timeline, we never compromise on the quality of our candidates. Our stringent screening process is what sets us apart and allows us to maintain a network of top-tier talent. Even if a prospective candidate shows great potential, we will not introduce them to our clients until we are completely satisfied with their skills and qualifications.
What happens if a Get2Work expert is unavailable for the days or times they are scheduled to work with me?
At Get2Work, we understand that dependability is crucial to the success of any project. That’s why we go to great lengths to ensure that our experts are always available and reliable. We have systems in place to make sure that this is a top priority for everyone in our network. In the unlikely event that an issue does arise, we stand behind our work and will credit back any time billed to the client. You can trust that we are committed to delivering the highest level of service and support to our clients.
Can I hire a full-time worker from Get2Work and bring him/her into our company?
We are happy to work with you to understand your specific needs and tailor our services to meet them. Our goal is to establish a mutually beneficial arrangement that meets the needs of your business and ours.
Do you offer services such as screening, vetting, and testing to help us hire employees outside of the Get2Work network?
We apologize, but at this time we do not offer these services. However, we are constantly looking for ways to expand and improve our offerings, and we plan to offer these services in the future. Please check back with us at a later date for updates on our availability.

Intellectual Property

The legal rights to the work created by a Get2Work expert are owned by the client. At Get2Work, our primary focus is on connecting top-tier experts with clients who want to work with them, and we do not claim any ownership over the intellectual property produced through these engagements. Our contracts clearly state that all work created by a Get2Work expert is the property of the client. You can be confident that you will retain full ownership and control over any work produced through our platform.
How do we ensure that our IP is protected?
We enter into talent agreements with every member of our network to ensure that we have exclusive ownership of the work they produce. However, we understand that some clients may have specific requirements for the transfer of intellectual property rights. If you would prefer for the expert to enter into a direct agreement with you to transfer the IP rights for the work they create, we are happy to accommodate this. We will work with you to ensure that your needs are met and that you are able to retain full ownership and control over the work produced through our platform.

Pricing & Payment

How often will I be charged? How are payments and invoices handled?
In order to provide the best possible service to our clients, we invoice twice a month for our services. While we do have some flexibility in this regard, we do require that invoices be paid within 7 days of being issued. This helps us to maintain a smooth and efficient working relationship with our clients, and ensures that we can continue to provide the highest level of service and support.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept a wide range of payment methods, including all major credit cards, bank wires, and PayPal. This allows you to choose the payment option that works best for you and your business.
