Job Summary: Keeps the pipeline moving from brief to publish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the creative pipeline moving from brief to publish
• Manage timelines, assets and reviews
• Unblock the team
• Protect quality and deadlines

Working with AI: Creative teams now use AI to draft, extend and speed the work. You stay the taste and the craft, and use AI to ship more, faster.

• Use generative AI (image, video, copy) for drafts, variations and speed, then finish with human craft
• Use AI tools for background removal, upscaling, rotoscoping and cleanup
• Direct AI with clear prompts and references, and know when to reject its output

Competencies:

• Strong visual and narrative craft
• Speed without losing quality
• Openness to direction and revision
• Consistency to a brand system
• Ownership of the final asset

Skills:

• Fluency in the relevant creative tools
• A portfolio that shows range
• Understanding of formats and platforms
• Time and file management

Tools you will use: Asana, Monday, Notion or the client PM tool

Education: Bachelor degree in a related field, or equivalent proven experience.

Work Experience: Three to five years in the function, ideally in a client or agency setting.
