Job Summary: Builds and maintains no-code and low-code flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain no-code and low-code flows
• Own adoption and reliability
• Improve continuously
• Document for handover

Working with AI: This team builds the AI and automation layer inside a client operation. AI is the product, not just a tool.

• Design and ship LLM copilots and agents that sit inside real workflows
• Wire AI into existing systems through APIs, retrieval and guardrails
• Monitor, evaluate and improve AI output quality in production

Competencies:

• Systems thinking
• Process mapping and documentation
• Comfort with logic and data
• Ownership of reliability
• Communication with non-technical stakeholders

Skills:

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks and data flow
• Comfort with automation and no-code or low-code tools
• Debugging and monitoring

Tools you will use: Make, n8n, Zapier and the client stack

Education: Bachelor degree in a related field. Certifications relevant to the role are a plus.

Work Experience: Four to six years in the function, with ownership of outcomes.
