Job Summary: Clean data and events feeding the automations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed clean data and events into the automations
• Build and monitor pipelines
• Handle quality and schema
• Keep the AI layer fed

Working with AI: This team builds the AI and automation layer inside a client operation. AI is the product, not just a tool.

• Design and ship LLM copilots and agents that sit inside real workflows
• Wire AI into existing systems through APIs, retrieval and guardrails
• Monitor, evaluate and improve AI output quality in production

Competencies:

Skills:

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks and data flow
• Comfort with automation and no-code or low-code tools

Education: Bachelor degree in a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience.

Work Experience: Five to eight years building and shipping in production environments.
