Job Summary: React and modern frontends built to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build React and modern frontends to spec
• Write clean, tested, accessible UI
• Review code and collaborate in a pod
• Ship to production

Working with AI: Engineering now runs with AI pair programmers. The best developers ship more and review sharper because of them, and you must.

• Use AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor and similar) to write, refactor and test faster, then review every line
• Use AI to generate tests, docstrings and code review notes
• Read and correct AI generated code, and never ship what you cannot explain
