Job Summary: End-to-end features from database to UI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ship end-to-end features from database to UI
• Own delivery across the stack
• Write tested, maintainable code
• Collaborate and review

Working with AI: Engineering now runs with AI pair programmers. The best developers ship more and review sharper because of them, and you must.

• Use AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor and similar) to write, refactor and test faster, then review every line
• Use AI to generate tests, docstrings and code review notes
• Read and correct AI generated code, and never ship what you cannot explain
