Job Summary: List building, enrichment and qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enrich targeted lists
• Qualify and route pipeline
• Run outbound data operations
• Keep the CRM clean and current

Working with AI: Marketing now runs on AI for creative, targeting, copy and search visibility. You direct the tools, keep the brand honest, and win in AI search, not just Google.

• Use generative AI for first-draft copy, creative variations and ad iterations, then edit to brand and truth
• Optimize for AI search and answer engines (GEO), not only classic SEO
• Use AI to analyze performance data and surface the next test faster
• Use AI enrichment and scoring to focus on the best-fit accounts

Skills:

• Fluency with the relevant ad or marketing platforms

Education: Associate or bachelor degree, or equivalent proven experience.

Work Experience: Two to three years in the function, with a track record you can show.
