Job Summary: Maps the process and finds the automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map processes and find the automation
• Quantify time and error savings
• Spec and prioritize the build
• Partner with engineers

Working with AI: This team builds the AI and automation layer inside a client operation. AI is the product, not just a tool.

• Design and ship LLM copilots and agents that sit inside real workflows
• Wire AI into existing systems through APIs, retrieval and guardrails
• Monitor, evaluate and improve AI output quality in production

Competencies:

• Systems thinking
• Process mapping and documentation
• Comfort with logic and data
• Ownership of reliability
• Communication with non-technical stakeholders

Skills:

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks and data flow
• Comfort with automation and no-code or low-code tools

Tools you will use: Process mapping and analytics tools

Education: Bachelor degree in a related field, or equivalent proven experience.

Work Experience: Three to five years in the function, ideally in a client or agency setting.
