Job Summary: Sources, briefs and ships creator content at volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, brief and ship creator content at volume
• Manage creators and rights
• Keep a pipeline of on-brand UGC
• Track what performs

Working with AI: Creative teams now use AI to draft, extend and speed the work. You stay the taste and the craft, and use AI to ship more, faster.

• Use generative AI (image, video, copy) for drafts, variations and speed, then finish with human craft
• Use AI tools for background removal, upscaling, rotoscoping and cleanup
• Direct AI with clear prompts and references, and know when to reject its output
• Use AI to script hooks and variations, and to sort winning content

• Speed without losing quality

• Ownership of the final asset

Skills:

• Fluency in the relevant creative tools
• A portfolio that shows range

Education: Associate or bachelor degree, or equivalent proven experience.

Work Experience: Two to three years in the function, with a track record you can show.
